My journey to becoming a Pilates and yoga teacher has been one of transformation and discovery. As a former professional dancer, a back injury ended my career but opened the door to discovering the transformative power of Pilates and yoga. These practices helped me heal, strengthen, and reconnect with my body, becoming an integral part of my life for over 25 years. Now, as a teacher, I’m passionate about guiding others to move with ease, build strength, and find balance in body and mind. Let’s move and grow together!
